Just when you thought our fella from Galway only made haute hats, he starts designing shoes. Gutted not to be at PFW this season but delighted the Irish flag is flying so fiercely. Good man!womensweardaily Custom shoes by milliner Philip Treacy will be on the Valentino runway.
