I'm having a full-on love affair with scarves at the moment. Whether knotted at the neck, in an exaggerated bow or a low-slung faux tie, silky squares are the way to go. Favourite style? Chain print but of course. Place to get 'em? The Irish Cancer Society charity shop. Make like the inner city grannies and stack 'em high at €1.50 a pop. The easiest way to update your winter wardrobe.

I just thrifted for vintage scarves yesterday here in LA. I agree... at Spitalfields a couple of weeks ago, the scarf booth was busy, busy with buyers. Any cool suggestions on how you wear them in Ireland?
A low slung faux tie is my favourite way. Less fusty; more relaxed.
I absolutely LOVE scarves, obsessed you might even say. I bought myself an Hermes one 17 years ago(a summer of cash in New York) and everyone thought I was mad to spend so much money on a scarf. I didn't care, and it was one of the best investments I ever made.
Love scarves, perfect for layering and bundling up against our yuck irish weather!
Love this blog :)
